Yeah, but you were a pretty experienced sailor, does he know how to sail the thing (single-handed)?

I've got an inkling that the boat won't even make it to water ;)

Oh dear, I thought he was getting quite fired up about the idea. He could miss out. Now, I'm not totally sure about the accuracy of this but heard the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, a.k.a. ΤΑΙΠΕΔ / TAIPED, have plans for a 'luxury' marina in Argostoli and development of the ports of Lixouri and Agia Efimia.
