Looks like it's just for Firefox, latest versions for IE and Chrome 20.0.0.228. As I understand it, they'll update Flash automatically, Firefox will after a while.

Probably a good idea to check you get this update within the next day or so, it fixes 79 critical  vulnerabilities (https://threatpost.com/massive-adobe-flash-update-patches-79-vulnerabilities/115598/)
