The latest version of Flash Player has just been released, as yet no updated release notes (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/release-note/fp_20_air_20_release_notes.html) but probably contains security updates. Flash should auto-update (eventually), you can check which version you have installed (http://www.adobe.com/uk/software/flash/about/).

If you have e.g IE and Firefox and Chrome installed you need to ensure each is updated. Watch out for any unneeded 'optional extras'.
