Seems there's a water supply problem in parts of Argostoli due to a burst mains pipe.

Thanks Maik - very interesting. I've been past the building many times as it's on the main route into Liverpool. Unfortunately it's become a mammoth and derelict white elephant, so to speak. There have been many rumours about what it might become. Let's hope this one works.

Also my dad was a "collector" for Littlewoods for some years. That meant collecting the coupons from people and posting them on to Littlewoods. He got 10% of the stakes which Ithought was money for old rope. As a child I got the job of rubber stamping  the coupons with his agent's number which I loved. Nostalgia ain't what it used to be!
