May Day at Poros

Poros is holding their annual May Day festival today. However, I'm a bit confused as the poster says the music starts at 11am but the dancers are not dancing until 6pm...?!!
Does anyone have any inside information of what is actually happening and at what time, please.
Whatever, it's a lovely day weather-wise and I'm sure it will be a great day out
