Change of strategy?
« on: Saturday, 29 April, 2017 @ 12:06:22 »
Just received notification of a change of plane for our first trip of the year next Sat - easyJet from Gatwick

Originally an A320 with 31 rows of seats, that's been changed to an A319 with 26 rows.
5 rows x 6 seats = 30 fewer passengers

Usually this close to a departure in May (and in Sep/Oct) I'd expect to find cheap seats rather than a change of plane

Same with our flight out on the 15th April and also others I've booked with EasyJet to other destinations, so maybe it is a change of tack. Annoying as I, like Ian, have been looking to see if I could get a last minute deal for May.
Just have to wait until the trip already booked in June!  :yahoo:
