Probably a security release, best to keep Flash up-to-date. Should auto-update, you can check the version installed on your PC here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
If you use IE and Firefox / Chrome you need to update both versions of Flash Player. Be aware of the pre-ticked 'optional extras'.
