Ahh, Misty, you might just have encouraged some of our, er, members to 'improve their health'

Thanks to ancient Greek physicians such as Hippocrates (Ἱπποκράτης), Galen (Γαληνός) and Soranus (er, Σωρανός), there's almost a precedent for it on the NHS. Well, for females, anyway:

Quote
The Technology of Orgasm
"Hysteria," the Vibrator, and Women's Sexual Satisfaction

THE JOB NOBODY WANTED
https://www.nytimes.com/books/first/m/maines-technology.html

Could almost be a scene from Downton Abbey. Or maybe not.

The idea of 'female hysteria' fell out of favour around the time the NHS was formulated. Of course, introducing it on the NHS would require a load of new staff, and a new job title. Anyone fancy being a... μαλάκας ?

Having just giggled my way through watching the female hysteria trailer I came to this post and had to read it twice below i realised that I had misread "Retired MPs set to receive retroactive pension increases" as "Retired MPs set to receive retroactive penis increases"
