Drove through Ag. Ef. yesterday, apart from the shallows in the harbour being a little discoloured you'd hardly know the village had been flooded with brown sludge. Tavernas, etc, still quite busy.

Heard soooo many good things about Kef we thought we'd try it for a holiday  ;)

Definite end of season feel about the place now, more goats and cows than cars on the Poros-Skala road tonight - (but the cars might have one headlight working).

Well we were there two weeks ago and never saw one goat on the whole of the island! Was looking for them. There certainly were none on the Skala - Poros road where they usually are. Very strange.

Odysseus Zoo Land (https://odysseuszooland.com/)  ;)

I think the 'wild' goats and the cows are moved up the mountains, out of harms way, during the summer. Out of season Kef goes back to resembling a national park, livestock released to wander anywhere. A small herd of Ainos ponies were munching their way through roadside flowers by the church in Pastra when we arrived end of September... maybe they knew the weather was about to change.
