Having piled on the weight since stopping smoking, I need to lose a few kilos. A friend has suggested organizing an aqua aerobics with a trainer who already has classes in Argostoli, who will consider starting a class in a quiet part of Kaminia beach on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
We need to know if there are any people out there who would like to join us - the more the merrier and cheaper. The trainer has suggested doing the first class for free and then working out the fee depending on the interested shown.
So, if you are interested, please contact me and let me know, then we can see if it is going to be worthwhile for the trainer to travel from Argostoli.
