Looks like gsis.gr website (https://www1.gsis.gr/webtax2/telhkykl/year2012/telhkykl/index.jsp) for motor vehicle tax is now online for 2019:

It said that the amounts will remain the same as those for this year, it added.

Car owners may access the document either through their tax number (AFM) or their licence plate number.
