« on: Saturday, 22 February, 2014 @ 11:29:49 »

A video of our trip to Zante Water Village summer 2013.
Well worth a visit if anyone is thinking of going over in the summer for something different!

Nice vid, Luke.  Looks like a vast amount of land isn't necessary, can't help but think that a decent water park wouldn't do Kef any harm.

PS: that 'banana' slide looks a bit scary - parachutes included?

Another excellent production from Luke...Well done.....Looks great fun too! I can see day trips across to the Zante Water Park being high on a families agenda for 2014.

There is a disused Waterworld just outside Argostoli around the Lagoon and near the now unused end of the bridge that side. Business opportunity for someone?

Nice one Luke, our Jack's going to Zante with ten mates in July.  They just put that on their list!

Nice vid and cleverly edited.  No children to be seen, though.  But plenty of big kids!!

Added bonus!!

Wondering if the vid was taken late/early season as not as busy as I'd expect (another added bonus). I can remember going to Alton Towers -type places where rides were free once you'd paid the (whopping) entrance charge but queues were so long that access to attractions was severly limited.

I suspect Jed's Jack and his mates will have a great time there. Even if they do have to pass a little time in queues by admiring girls in bikinis.

Thanks Maik!it would be awesome to have a similar place in Kef!the yellow slide with the steep slope was the best out of all the rides, must of been on it about 30 times that day!

It was open some years ago, but either it didn't pay or maybe they didn't have the right permits.

Like Rog says, been there for years. Might be OK for young kids but doesn't look comparable to the Sarakinado water park.
