Passenger shipping sinks in Greece
The report issued this week has found that passenger shipping has shrunk by about 32 percent in the last seven years. In the period from 2008 to 2015 local ferry companies recorded a loss of 7.8 million passengers and 2.9 million vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles etc).

New Mexico to be filmed as 19th century Greece
Feature film Cliffs of Freedom will double New Mexico for 19th century Greece for a story set during the Greek War for Independence in 1821.
The conflict saw the Greeks fighting against the rule of the Ottoman Empire – modern-day Turkey – for nearly ten years before eventually winning their independence in 1832.
Cliffs of Freedom will shoot in Santa Fe to tell the story of an ill-fated romance between a young Greek woman and a Turkish officer who becomes disillusioned with his country’s brutal conduct.

Greek butcher caught with “harem”
The horny “Greek lover” would offer his female clients fresh cuts of meat in exchange for some sex. At the beginning of his sexual adventures he stuck to just one permanent lover, but as time went on he added more to his “list”. Everything was going dandy for the sexually promiscuous butcher. One day, however, his “luck” ran out. It all started to unravel when he decided to close shop early for a little hanky panky with one his new “additions” in the back room. His permanent lover decided to surprise him and drop by for a quick sex session, but to her dismay caught him red handed behind the counter.
She went ballistic and started screaming and assaulting the 35-year-old new lover. After the two women vetted their rage at each other they turned to the man and started attacking him. The commotion was heard in all the neighbourhood, and the news of the naughty butcher’s adventures didn’t take long to reach his house the ears of his lawful wife.

Google has launched a new feature, fact check, which will add a label next to news stories in search results.
Fact check will appear with other news organisations in Google News and will, Google says, "shine a light on its efforts to divide fact from fiction".
