What on earth is this in mms? The only rainfall I measured was 10 mms on the 22nd March, which was not significant.
OK, it represents 11 mms, so in my location I was quite close, but hardly a reason for any concern.

How a loophole nicknamed the 'Stanley Johnson clause' allows overseas travel despite the Covid ban

A loophole in the Covid restrictions that bans overseas travel has been nicknamed after the Prime Minister's own father - the "Stanley Johnson clause".

International travel is banned under coronavirus rules to be voted on by MPs, aside from a few circumstances the government has laid out as "reasonable excuses".

One of these is travel in connection with foreign homes.

The exemption, dubbed the "Stanley Johnson clause" will allow trips for the "purchase, sale, letting or rental of a residential property".

Greece Gives Divers Access to 91 Ship and Plane Wrecks

The Greek Culture Ministry under the guidance of the Central Council for Modern Monuments is allowing access to 91 ship and plane wrecks across the country to recreational divers.

Based on a decision by the council, the 91 ship and plane ruins are the first in a series of wrecks to be open to divers for recreational purposes, the ministry said.

The wrecks selected by the Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities date back to the 1868-1970 period, mostly occurring during World War II and are located at a depth of up to 120 meters.
