We just flew with Monarch MAN to Agadir.  I'm not normally that fussed but I did think they were a bit better than average.  Check-in at MAN very efficient, flights on time and possibly an inch or two more leg-room than other companies.  On the outward flight we got extra leg-room for £10 each as we checked in.
