“Boutique Hotel” Certification Now Available in Greece
Greek accommodations that fulfill the requirements of being designated as “boutique hotels” can receive certification and a special seal through a new platform launched by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
...the voluntary label is a means of distinguishing and promoting hotels that offer a unique experience to their guests... the basic requirements for a unit to receive the “Boutique Hotel” seal is to have up to 60 rooms and be a 3-, 4- or 5-star establishment.

In the centre of Buenos Aires, there is a theme park named Tierra Santa (Holy Land) that claims to be the first religious theme park in the world.
Tierra Santa attempts to replicate the streets of Jerusalem during Jesus' time.
Visitors walk around the narrow streets that are full of plastic palm trees, statues and actors recreating crucial scenes from Jesus' life.

In the centre of Buenos Aires, there is a theme park named Tierra Santa (Holy Land) that claims to be the first religious theme park in the world.
Tierra Santa attempts to replicate the streets of Jerusalem during Jesus' time.
Visitors walk around the narrow streets that are full of plastic palm trees, statues and actors recreating crucial scenes from Jesus' life.

The main attraction of the amusement park is a 60ft (18m) high mechanical statue of Jesus that rises up once an hour from a plaster replica of the Golgotha mountaintop. The event is accompanied by a loud chorus from Handel's Messiah. When the giant Jesus has completed his ascent, he swivels, closes his eyes and rotates the palms of his hands, provoking great emotion in the visitors at the bottom of the mountain.

Looks really smart. Measuring up today for corporate umbrellas for the tavernas. Likewise with the square despite all the doom merchants who could have all done so much better. More to follow this winter. Looking a really smart European "Capital"!!

Four arrested as Microsoft and UK police team up to crack down on technical support scammers
Four people have been arrested after a two-year investigation by Microsoft and British police forces into telephone scams which prey upon the vulnerable, tricking them into believing their computers have been infected by malware.
Although many of the scam calls are said to originate in India, British police have arrested a 29-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman from Woking in Surrey, and a 37-year-old man and 31-year-old woman from South Shields, Tyneside.
