Easyjet Cancellations
« on: Friday, 11 November, 2022 @ 18:50:40 »
Just had a message that my April flight next year has been cancelled. It was on a Wednesday and would appear now that all Wednesday flights have been cancelled. Managed to transfer to another day OK at no extra cost. Might be worth keeping an eye on messages or email if you have already booked for next year.

Quick U-turns seem fashionable, can't have been on sale that long. Still, maybe best to know well in advance rather than close to departure. Let's hope we don't get a repeat of last year. Glad to hear you got transferred OK.

Elsewhere I have read Ryanair will not be flying to Kef from Stansted in 2023 but unable to personally verify.

We were booked to fly with Easyjet from Manchester on 14/4/2023, returning on 9/5/2023. Yesterday I received 2 emails informing us that both flights have been cancelled. I have re-booked for 5/5/2023, returning on 26/5/2023, at no additional cost. I'm not too disappointed as the amended flights now cost double what I paid.

However, we are a bit disappointed to be missing Greek Orthodox Easter.
