Strange story from Sami where a 63 y-o local boat owner claims his boat Emily was sunk after a collision with an Italian flagged boat, the PAS-OP near Sami port yesterday. The four occupants of the Italian boat rescued the lone sailor and took him to Sami where the captain of the PAS-OP was arrested.
