Greece's Trump Card - NATO ?

....a Greece that is friendly to Russia could "paralyze" NATO due to its veto power. Greece's membership in NATO in this time of American and Russian renewed cold war is undoubtedly on the minds of all participants in the debt negotiation and clearly being watched very carefully by Putin. In the final analysis, it maybe that Greece's significance to NATO is the most powerful chip the Greeks have during these negotiations.

Psaromoura beach was a quiet, practically deserted beach, near Agia Pelagia on the island of Crete. At some point, a small canteen with a few sun lounges began its operations. Year in year out, the beach was overtaken with sunlounges.

This beach in Crete is just one of many around the country that have been inundated by private sun lounge owners despite the fact that legislation states that they need to be placed at a minimum of five meters away from the sea with enough of a corridor between chairs to allow people to pass through and have access to the beach.

EOPYY doctor union announces work retention effective as of Monday
Policyholders will first have to pay for their medical exams and then claim a refund from EOPYY

According to the union (ENI-EOPYY), the healthcare organization which covers the needs of about 10 million policyholders is “in utter ruins” and is unable to make payments towards patients, laboratories and diagnostic centers.

The doctors decided to take action as they have not been paid in months, while expressing concerns over their extended contracts.

Rocky Horror Show creator Richard O'Brien is rejoining the hit musical for a series of special shows playing the narrator, his first UK performances in the role for more than 20 years.

He will appear at London's Playhouse Theatre between 11-19 September.

A celebrity gala show will also be broadcast live in cinemas.
