Allegedly the head of the Representation of the European Commission in Greece, Panos Karvounis, has stated that the EU sent 3,500,000€ to Kef to aid victims of the 2014 'quakes - but no-one knows where the money has gone. Doesn't necessarily mean (any of) the money has been misappropriated, accountability (like organisation and communication) isn't a big thing in Greece.
