"driving down house prices"?
Suggests these are properties where people have a choice.
The choice to move there in the first place, and the choice to move out again now
As for any name change, how about Peabrain Terrace?

Arsenal in talks to sign Greece wonderkid Konstantinos Mavropanos
The Gunners will likely loan out the defender to Werder Bremen for the rest of the season
Mavropanos has represented Greece at under-21 level and is highly thought of as one of his country’s best prospects.
Arsenal do not think he is ready for their first team now but believe he has potential for the future.

Greece’s 14 Fraport-run Airports Receive EASA Safety Certification
The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority on Friday awarded the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) airport certificates to the 14 Greek regional airports that are operated and managed by Fraport Greece.
The EASA certification ensures the safety of infrastructure (corridors etc.) and operational processes (fire safety etc) of the regional airports, which serve international passenger traffic. The certificates also confirm the high level of services provided at the airports.

Going back to place & road names, though not rude one of my favourite names is Squeeze Gut Alley in Whitstable Kent. The name comes from it being very narrow and supposedly used by smugglers evading over weight policemen and coastguards.
-
Unusual! Never come across that before but apparently there's a Squeeze Gut Lane in Portsmouth and Squeeze Guts Lane in Truro.
Anyone easily offended won't want to read about a common street name in the Middle Ages (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gropecunt_Lane#Locations)
(or the 'See Also' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tickle_Cock_Bridge)).
