Sounds as though the municipality of Ithaka is donating 120,000€ for the preservation of the Agios Athanasios site on the island, one of the claimed Odysseus sites.


Ionian Regional Council prepared to allocate 450,000€ for improvements to the Katovothres area.


Heard a poisonous fish was found off Atheras, some say it was a Lagocephalus but as far as I can make out it was a cornetfish, not known to be especially dangerous.

Wondered why they would build a canal on Paxos but it turns out that a waterway is a water runway.  Silly me thinking it would be something for real boats not flying ones.
