Today’s bank rates:
1 €UR = £0.9129 GBP
1 €UR = $1.1004 USD
£1 GBP = 1.0954 €UR
$1 USD = 0.9088 €UR

Based on Alpha Bank exchange rates, these are widely used by exchange agencies in Greece.
Other banks likely to offer a different rate which may be marginally higher or lower.
Banks and foreign exchange offices normally charge standard 2% commission.
You may get a better rate changing your holiday money in advance at e.g the
Post Office.
NB: some f-ex agencies advertise "No Commission".
Invariably, they deduct commission before they (don't) advertise the rate.
Foreign exchange offices are businesses, not charities.

Conflicting stories coming out of Patras: according to first reports a 35 y-o mentally impaired Roma was humiliated and physically assaulted on New Years Eve while carol singing. The story goes that he visited a large car dealership and was told to kneel to sing. When he did so someone threw flammable liquid on to his trousers and set them alight. Someone filmed the assault and posted it to social media where it quickly spread, many comments finding it amusing. The video was brought to the attention of the police and the mayor of Patras who denounced it as a racial attack on a member of minority community, police are investigating.

Subsequently the man involved, said not to be mentally disabled, is now saying that he was intoxicated, his knees buckled causing him to kneel and that no-one set him on fire. Allegedly, no burns have been found on his legs.

Allegedly the company where the incident occurred have offered a settlement. The man who uploaded the video to social media claims he did so to denounce the incident. Which suggests there is substance to the original complaint.
