Road to Koroni beach has effectively been declared public as Argostoli magistrates' court has ordered unobstructed access be allowed along the whole length.

I gather there's a few variations on a theme doing the rounds, one of which reckons the tax officers were assaulted by a man "unknown" to the female owner's husband but who arrived in the square with him.

The catamaran is the Israeli flagged Hani, apparently undamaged. The small boat is the Tatiana, semi-submerged after the collision. Both boats now in Poros port awaiting examination and re-certification of seaworthiness.
