Ithaki coast guard busy yesterday: the French-flagged Blue Swan became ungovernable near Frikes and had to be towed into Frikes harbor; the GB-flagged Maranello grounded in the Schoinos area and had to be towed off and aided into Vathi.

On Monday afternoon the Italian-flagged Pigra lost the propeller and had to be aided into Fiskardo.

The Bulgarian-flagged Emotion suffered mechanical failure 56 nautical miles off Kef on Saturday and was towed into Patras.
