New form for passengers travelling on Greek ferries, so far I've only seen it in Greek, may be available in English as well  :dunno:

Passengers should either have a vaccination certificate dated at least fourteen days prior to boarding, a negative molecular test up to seventy two hours before scheduled travel time, a rapid test or self test within the last 24 hours prior to travel.

Apparently Kefalonia is one of the five Greek islands with the lowest vaccination take up rate. One of the others is Zakynthos, which the UK government has (all but) cleared for travel to.
