What a brilliant concept, and why stop there?

Let's tax the low paid extra to cover the Tax Credits and Housing Benefit costs they receive

Let's charge extra tax to parents of young children to cover their unique high costs to society

How about an "up the spout" tax for pregnant women to cover the care costs they alone will receive and benefit from
