Greece’s corruption prosecutor quits, citing pressure over Novartis bribery probe

Novartis is embroiled in a soap opera in Greece, complete with bribery allegations and a suicide threat. Now the plot is thickening. The country’s chief corruption prosecutor, Eleni Raikou, has resigned—and she’s blaming the Swiss pharma giant’s legal issues for her decision.

Sounds as though the Ithaka-Sami-Patras ferry route won't be serviced from early April as planned, earliest now seems to be May.

Google Home to be launched in UK in April

Google Home, the search giant's smart assistant that rivals Amazon's Alexa, will be launched in the UK in April.
Google said it had "hidden a few British treats" in the device.

The speaker and assistant, which launched in the US in November, is part of a growing trend to make artificial intelligence available in homes.

The firm is also launching its own wi-fi service in the UK, in an attempt to solve the "frustration when wireless connectivity fails at home".
