Yep. Beach auctions usually take place in June. Never been able to figure that one, except what matters is that everything is ready for when Greek internal tourists (don't) come in July and August (e.g. 'the bridge').

Unconfirmed but heard the main square in Argostoli will be re-opened to the public this Sunday evening.
