The Al-Imdaad look like good guys. The video is sophisticated and so is their
website. Lots of very decent charitable projects in the UK and abroad with a slight hidden evangelistic purpose. Seems like one of them was/is mayor of Blackburn. It took a bit of digging to discover they are from a Sufi (more mystical/personal experience) branch of Islam. They would not be recognised as muslims and quite likely regarded as apostates by stricter/jihadi Sunni muslims and similarly the Ahmadiyya in the other video who have the biggest UK mosque but are are banned and seriously persecuted in Pakistan.
