In the early hours of Sunday a local was caught drunk driving by Kef police, on Monday afternoon a foreign national was arrested for driving under the influence. No indication as to nationality or whether a resident or tourist.

But don't 70% of the Country's population live there? If so seems about right for crime maybe.

What I can see from a google search, population of Attica is a tad short of 4,000,000. Population of Greece is a tad short of 11,000,000. (As an administrative unit, Attica includes the islands of Salamis, Aegina, Angistri, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Kythira, and Antikythera) [Wikipedia].
