Winter's approaching and the Ainos ponies are starting to move down the mountain, drivers on the Argostoli-Poros road should take extra care through the villages of Markopoulo, Kremmydi and Pastra.

Came across the ponies in Kato Katelios just last week.
Just near the back road junction by the supermarket/Aliti's/McMarket (the road that leads up past Filoxenia and on to Doumas/Pacifae)
Returning from an evening meal on the front we'd just turned the corner, and there they were, going left into the farmer's field, and right, into the big house on the corner.
There'd been evidence on the road, signalling their presence, for a few days previous.

They were wandering about and in Aligis studios when we were there in mid September
