Human remains found inside monster Australian crocodile

Australian police are examining human remains found in a crocodile to see if they match the DNA of a missing man.

The 62-year-old man was snatched from his boat in the Kakadu National Park, in the Northern Territory.

The 4.7m-long (15.4ft) reptile was one of two shot by park rangers near the scene of the attack.

Apparently it happened on the South Alligator River - could have been a clue there!  :(

20 years ago we had a family holiday in Florida. All the park rangers kept stressing that people should NOT feed the alligators under any circumstances. We went on a couple of boat trips into the Everglades and in both cases the guides stopped the boat/airboat to throw marshmallows to attract the alligators. I have heard of similar things happening in parts of Africa and Australia. ..... double standards when tourism is involved?
