Motorcyclist injured in accident yesterday at Krania has been airlifted to Athens for treatment.
A minor accident in Peratata yesterday afternoon when a driver lost cotrol and his car hit a wall resulted in minor damage but no injuries.

Kefalonia is a very peaceful island, relatively crime free, especially when compared to Corfu or Zakynthos. A while back they was a 'gang attack' on the nautical training college in Argostoli and Thursday a gang of youths attacked a younger group of students in the centre of Argostoli. Police being urged to crack down before it gets an established pattern of behaviour.

Body in advanced stage of decomposition recovered yesterday afternoon from the sea at Kamari, Limnos. No indication of identity but blue blouse and black leggings suggest the body of a female.

Update to overnight weather forecast: thunderstorms and rain looking quite possible. Certainly low grey clouds over Ainos when we drove over a little earlier today. Sunday so far looking like a sun day.
