Just had a look on the Ryanair site and seems the earliest available flight Stansted-Kef is 01/07/17. Previously Ryanair flights have been available from April, not sure if their flights are fully booked or whether it's to do with them cutting back on some Greek destinations.

Caution - quote contains shocking revelation:
Taxpayers with hidden incomes are not coming clean
Some 13,000 declarations of incomes from previous years have been submitted to tax authorities so far this year, but they do not include any from taxpayers who have voluntarily decided to disclose previously hidden incomes or accounts abroad.
Tax officers are pessimistic, saying those who have stashed money from undeclared incomes in mattresses, safe deposit boxes or abroad are unlikely to come forth.

I seem to recall that Ryanair were complaining about high landing charges in Greece.
