Minister Says Greek Tourism First to Feel the Impact of Brexit
Brexit’s toll on Greece is expected to reach up to 1.6 billion euros or 0.8 percent of GDP after 2019, said Alternate Foreign Minister George Katrougalos, citing data released by the Bank of Greece.
Other areas to be impacted include Greek shipping and tuition fees for the 12,000 Greek students studying in the UK.

Child’s Smile issues warns about fraudsters
The Hamogelo tou Paidiou (Child’s Smile) charity issued a statement Tuesday, warning the public to beware of fraudsters posing as representatives of the organization following a burglary in Thessaloniki believed to have been carried out by someone who used its name to gain entry.
The Child’s Smile noted that it never sends representatives door-to-door nor does it seek donations over the phone.

Oh come on!!!!
Brits took their holidays in Greece long before the EU or even the EEC existed, and before Greece joined, so why would they stop after the UK extricates itself?

Totally agree Tony. Greece will l am sure make it very easy for British tourists to continue holidaying post Brexit. Why wouldn't they?

I suspect the concern is that it will cost Brits more once UK leaves EU, therefore fewer Brits will holiday in Greece. Especially if the UK weather stays like this!
