His wife and other hunters in the area (wild boar hunting is allowed on Wednesdays) transported him to the Karpenisi Hospital, where he was stitched up.

Greece Has Europe’s Lowest Reproduction Rate, Study Reveals

Greece is facing a demographic crisis with the country experiencing the lowest population reproduction rate in Europe. The situation has reached alarming proportions with more deaths occurring than births.

The reproduction rate in Greece is now one of the lowest in the world, standing at 1.3 children per woman. This is well below the stability limit of 2.1 children per woman.

Herd of Sheep Eat 100kg of Cannabis in Greece

A herd of sheep grazing in the semi-flooded plain of Thessaly, Greece “invaded” a greenhouse that cultivated medicinal cannabis and ate around a hundred kilograms, reports say.

As the sheep in Greece developed strange behavior, shortly after grazing, the shepherd realized that the sheep had eaten a large part of the cannabis crop.
