Apparently Melissani and Drogarati are due to be open tomorrow from 10:00-17:00 to enable access to passengers on the AIDA blu cruise boat - but I've heard the boat won't be calling in at Argostoli after all due to recent windy weather elsewhere on its itinerary.
 :dunno:

A teenager who developed schizophrenia-like symptoms including a fear he was a son of the devil and would kill his family actually had a bacterial infection – caused by a cat scratch.

There's a longer article on the Daily Mail, including the scary story of "THE MAN LEFT UNABLE TO GET AN ERECTION AFTER BEING SCRATCHED BY HIS CAT".

New European emissions limits for cars risk triggering influx of ‘fake electric’ vehicles, green group warns

Currently the plug-in hybrid market is dominated by large SUVs with small batteries that are rarely charged due to their limited range.

This means that while these vehicles emit pollution within the 50g CO2/km limits set for low-emission vehicles in the laboratory, on the road they tend to pump out as much CO2 as petrol or diesel cars.

Steam engine set for first public run on mainline railway since 1988

A record breaking steam engine is being prepared to operate a public service on the mainline railway for the first time since 1988.

Clun Castle will take passengers on a day trip from the West Midlands through the Cotswolds to Oxford via the Great Western Mainline on April 6.

It follows a £750,000 overhaul of the locomotive by owner Vintage Trains which ensured every part was repaired, restored or replaced.

Announcement

Please be informed that as of April 7th, 2019, the Hellenic Police will implement EU Regulation 2017/458 which requires systematic checks against relevant databases, for all European citizens travelling to/from Non-Schengen destinations.
These controls are conducted in addition to existing measures applied at all border control points of European countries, to all passengers entering or exiting the country to/from Non-Schengen destinations.

In view of the above, increased waiting times might be realized at check points, thus in order to ensure your timely presence at the departure gate, passengers travelling to Non-Schengen destinations are kindly requested to allow for extra time at the passport control for the checks to be conducted by the Hellenic Police.

Doesn't read as though it's anything to do with Brexit but, if applied at Kef airport, could slow things down a bit (as UK - even without Brexit - isn't a Schengen country).
