Regional airline Flybe in frantic bid to stave off collapseThe government is assessing whether it can help to prevent the collapse of one of the UK's biggest airlines, Sky News learns.Flybe, Europe's biggest regional airline, was locked in survival talks on Sunday night less than a year after being bailed out by a Virgin Atlantic-led consortium.If Flybe is unable to stitch together a rescue deal, it would be the second major airline collapse in four months, following Thomas Cook Group's implosion last September.Flybe operates about 75 aircraft and serves more than 80 airports across the UK and Europe.

Greek Ferry Operators Increase Fares by 6%Greek ferry operators increased fares by 6 percent this week citing higher fuel costs due to the implementation of IMO 2020, the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) low sulphur regulation.In efforts to keep prices down, a number of ferry operators have opted to invest in the installation of air pollution control devices known as scrubbers. The installation of this device is estimated at costing approximately 5 million euros per ship.
