Cruise tourism in Greece might drop as high as 30 percent in 2017 compared to this year, according to the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).

Based on cruise ship itineraries for 2017, the Eastern Mediterranean destinations will be reduced to Piraeus, the Saronic Gulf, the Cyclades islands, Crete and south Dodecanese islands. Many cultural and historical destinations are off the itineraries for 2017.

Cruises still coming to Argostoli and Fiskardo, although maybe not as many as a couple of years back.

Working 9-5 is no longer the norm

Part-time or shift work has now become the norm in the Greek labor market, accounting for six out of every 10 new jobs created last month, according to Labor Ministry figures that reveal unprecedented changes in the features of employment in Greece.

Seem to recall I (and colleagues) were classed as part-time... despite actually working 10-12 hours a day, seven days a week.

It just meant the boss could pay less to IKA.
