The subject of condensing boilers has just been been on our local news. Apparently its affecting LOADS of people and some are asking, "which ----ing genius designed a boiler that won't work in freezing cold weather?"Advice was to defrost with warm (not boiling) water and then lag the pipe, wrap the lagging in plastic sheeting.
