Kefalonian Lines Αλεξάνδρα Λ (Alexandra L) due to run on the Poros - Kyllini route from tomorrow, replacing the Ζάκυνθος 1 (Zakynthos 1). Depending upon demand it may be moved to the Ithaki-Sami-Patras crossings, replacing the Νήσος Κεφαλονιά (Kefalonia Island).


Possibility local ferry crews will strike again in the next week or so, although not all ferries may be affected on the same day. Anyone planning a ferry crossing to/from Kef might be best advised to check ahead with the ferry agent.
