Sounds as though the proposed Kef seaplane service is moving ahead. From what I can make out, the Kef municipality and Regional Council have, or will, set up the ground rules for any company wishing to operate a service. So could still be some way to go before it takes off.

Let's hope they have some "air rules" as well.   :lol:
