Sounds as though old vehicles that haven't been used (i.e. taxed, etc) for seven years will be confiscated and scrapped under mew proposals by the government.

Report: Greeks Get News Mainly from Internet

The report reveals that approximately 82% of Greece’s population uses the internet daily, a percentage below the European average (86%). The report notes that Greeks seek immediacy, seriousness (no clickbait titles and topics), uniqueness, and speed when searching for news sources.

According to the findings, there were 8.90 million internet users in Greece at the start of 2024, when internet penetration stood at 86.2 percent.

Greece was home to 7.40 million social media users in January 2024, equivalent to 71.7 percent of the total population.

EasyJet strike threatens summer holiday chaos: what we know about potential industrial action so far

For the past year, airports both in the UK and across Europe have seen strikes from air traffic controllers, border force worker, refuelling staff and more. Now, it could be the turn of British pilots.

The people in charge of flying easyJet aircrafts recently rejected a pay deal offered by the airline, meaning that industrial action could impact one of the busiest holiday seasons of the year. If the pilots decide to walk out, it would be the first time in several years that pilots in the UK have taken to the picket lines. Here’s what we know so far.

Potentially. BALPA, the union for pilots, is back in negotiations with easyJet after its members voted to turn down a deal that would have boosted the most senior wages to almost £200,000 a year.

Captains and first officers are threatening to walk out if a better deal isn’t offered. We don’t know just yet how many would strike or when.

Regular inspections over KTEO, road tax

A new bill by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance provides for a 500-euro fine on uninsured passenger cars, while establishing electronic checks to identify them; the same will apply to vehicles that have not passed technical inspection (KTEO) or whose owners have not paid their road tax.

The bill activates a new system of electronic inspections, utilizing various public databases.
