Philippines—the call center capital of the world. (For years, India had more call center workers than any other nation, but more recently U.S. companies began relocating to the Philippines, where people speak American English, rather than the British variety.)

As automation technology advances, call center workers could be next to lose their jobs.

Already, many companies are encouraging their customers to use chatbots, computer programs that use artificial intelligence to address basic customer service questions.

Ancient graves found in search for British toddler

“We have actually found some archaeological remains, weve got four graves which date back at least 1,500 to nearly 2,000 years ago,” Detective Inspector Jon Cousins said in a video released by the South Yorkshire Police.

Cousins insisted that the discovery of the graves, which must be examined by the Greek archaeological service, “doesn't hamper what were doing, were cracking on.”

I've recently checked the renewal of our superfast broadband contract with BT It's now £32 a month.  We started on £22 a month 2 1/2 years ago.  And that's without a business rate increase in the meantime.  We get a great speed and should do for the cost. They even pulled a stunt where they've added £5 p.m. to the BT Sport package because we hadn't renewed the broadband contract.  We were 5 days late and the BB was continuing anyway and the two previous years they phoned to discuss the contract/flog us more products.  They did knock the extra fiver off for the remaining 11 months - very kind of them!
