Kefalonia Showcases Greek Breakfast Menu at HORECA 2017Kefalonia products took center stage during this year’s HORECA (International Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe) Show which attracted some 125,000 professionals earlier this month.Invited to the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels’ stand and in the framework of the “Greek Breakfast” project, the Kefalonia & Ithaca Hotel Association participated in the event with traditional island products and dishes including ‘’strapatsada”, cheese and meat pies, local sweets and cheeses.
