13-year-old Greek girl gave birth in a toilet without knowing she was pregnant
An incredible case unfolded in a Greek hospital as a 13-year-old girl gave birth in the toilet, claiming she did not know she was pregnant. A doctor had examined her earlier without noticing the pregnancy.
According to Mega's Live News show, the incident occurred on Saturday when the child went to the hospital with unbearable stomach pains. There, she assured her mother that there was no sexual intercourse and then the pediatrician administered laxatives for tamponade.
The child then went to the toilet, gave birth, and has since been monitored by psychologists. https://greekcitytimes.com/2023/10/03/13-year-old-girl-greece-birth/

Kef fire risk 03/10/23: LowToday’s bank rates: 1 €UR = £0.8923 GBP 1 €UR = $1.0846 USD £1 GBP = 1.1207 €UR $1 USD = 0.9220 €UR Based on Alpha Bank exchange rates, these are widely used by exchange agencies in Greece. Other banks likely to offer a different rate which may be marginally higher or lower. Banks and foreign exchange offices normally charge standard 2% commission. You may get a better rate changing your holiday money in advance at e.g the Post Office. NB: some f-ex agencies advertise "No Commission". Invariably, they deduct commission before they (don't) advertise the rate. Not all renters smoke weed or are in gangs, minister says
Not all renters are "bad people" who smoke weed or are in gangs, the housing minister has said as she defended plans to strengthen renters' rights.
Rachel Maclean said the government was committed to the Renters Reform Bill and she hoped it would make progress in Parliament soon.
The bill would ban landlords in England from evicting tenants with no justification. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-66978108
