A hippopotamus that jumped from a moving truck in Taiwan has died from its injuries. The animal, named A Ho, was found dead in its pond at a farm in central Taichung city. The accident happened on Friday when the panicked hippo jumped from the truck, breaking a leg and a tooth. He was involved in a second accident when the cable on a hoist broke and his container crashed to the ground.
