Great Yarmouth seal pup found heading towards trafficAn injured seal pup that was heading towards seafront traffic has been rescued and placed back in its habitat.The four to five-week-old grey seal pup was found on a path close to the pier off North Drive in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, on Wednesday night.Dan Goldsmith of Marine and Wildlife Rescue said it had probably been spooked after a dog attack."We relocated it much further along [the beach] to rest and recover, and it should be okay," he said.

Deer killed by out of control Warwickshire HuntOn Tuesday 28th December the Warwickshire Hunt were hunting in the Preston on Stour area. Sabs saw hounds chasing something in the distance near Galleyoak Covert, a small wood near Preston on Stour. After zooming in it became apparent that the hounds were chasing a small deer. The hounds were unaccompanied by anyone from the hunt, and no one from the hunt did anything to stop the chase. The two lead hounds eventually caught and brought down the deer, the rest of the pack soon caught up and began ripping it to shreds.
