Body found in search for British man who went missing in Greece 12 years ago

A skeleton has been found in a well in Greece, close to where a British tourist vanished 12 years ago.

Steven Cook, 20, disappeared on a night out with friends in the Greek resort of Malia where the human remains were discovered.

A disposable camera was found next to the body and experts are developing the film in hopes that it will reveal the identity.

Liverpool council tax exemption for 'pooper snoopers'

People who film or photograph fly-tippers and irresponsible dog owners will not have to pay council tax, Liverpool's mayor has pledged.

Joe Anderson said he was "getting so angry" about dog mess and litter he needed the public's help to identify culprits in the act.
